Make it A Reality!

Our time is well spent in doing things that fulfill the role of passivity. Too many times we don't do what we need to do in the time that has been given to us. Little known fact, if we want to achieve our plans, purposes or dreams in this life, we must put in place the three C's (characters). The three C's of life as I like to put it are commitment, consistency, and constancy. These three characters of life if well placed and are given royal treatment will just about guarantee you the expected success we all should desire in our lives.
Now remember this important bit of news the three C's will not work unless you work them, (yes, no magic here).  Nothing in life comes by way of complacency.
As a rule in life if something is worth having then surely it is worth its weight in gold, it's gold being your goals, plans and hopes of a better life. Well, I hope that this little bit of info will help someone realize life is what you make of it and not letting life make of you what it wants to.
Bye see you on the road of success!

Aspiring Women Toward Excellence: Learning how to Listen

Aspiring Women Toward Excellence: Learning how to Listen: SPIRTUAL EARS SCRIPTURE: Listen to my voice in the morning, Lord. Each morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly. Psalm 5:...

Living Beyond your Limits

As women sometimes, maybe all the time we feel overwhelmed by life and the trials and tribulations that follow. Do you feel overwhelmed by life and the many responsibilities you have been given? And usually don't get anything accomplished. Take it one day at a time, and remember to prioritize. Too many times we complicate our lives  by trying to do it all at once. Even God knew how to prioritize, the world was not created in one day. We are always in a hurry to do it all, and don't.  I am reminded of a series of books and videos produced by simpletruths. One of the videos is "eat that frog first" I know it sounds gross, but the concept is that if we slow down long enough to see that  the one thing we have been putting off is the one thing we need to tackle first.  It really is a simpletruth, doing the job that seems to be the worst, biggest, unsightly is not usually high on our list. Eat that frog first, may not sound good or even taste too good, but it sure will bring positive results and get us moving. Take the limits off of your mobility, and start living beyond your limits. http://www.simpletruths.com/
One thing that is helpful to remember: God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in the time of trouble. Psalm 46:1(NLT).
God Bless, your day today...

Expect the Great!

Too many times our expectations are below the radar. Several things need to happen in order for you to see the great. And remember everybody's defintion of what is great will be different, but all expectations of the great depend on some key ingredients. Check this out!

  • Your expectations depend on your perspective (in other words what do you see) stop looking to others for what you need to see
  • What you see is not always what you get
  • Sometimes we can hinder things by knowing too much
  • Change your anticipation level
  • Be open minded (the great may come in a different way)
  • You're mightier than you realize
  • Be a Blessing to others
  • See opportunity in all things
  • Stop the negativity
  • Smile even when you don't feel like doing so
You can do this!  Further encouragement -Psalm 71:1, In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust: Let me never be put to confusion.

Learning how to Listen

SPIRTUAL EARS
SCRIPTURE: Listen to my voice in the morning, Lord.  Each morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly.  Psalm 5:3 (NLT)
POINT TO PURSUE: Words are Important!
A TIME OF SELF-REFLECTION: Language is important to the Christian.  In the hands and mouth of an obedient woman or man of God, is a powerful weapon.  God is listening to hear us speak back to him his Word.
Question for Today:   What are you speaking?
PRAYER FOR TODAY: Dear Lord, today on this third day, I desire to produce the desired results in my life and will forever give you the praise.  I will _________________

Deborah’s Song Your Praise (Judges 4:4-5)
Deborah one of the judges of Israel challenges us in several ways. She reminds us to be available to God and others.  We are told in God’s Word, that she had a strong relationship with God. Not only was she able to accomplish a great task in leading and directing those in her power, but also she understood that God was in control.

Working Together

SCRIPTURE: Those who know your name trust in you, for you, O Lord, do not abandon those who search for you. Psalm (NLT)
POINT TO PURSUE: What You Value God will Value.
A TIME OF SELF-REFLECTION: A yardstick can’t measure a successful marriage.  But it can be measured by our acceptance of our responsibilities and a willingness to accept the things we can’t change and cooperate with the things God will change.
v     Question for Today: What do you Value?

PRAYER FOR TODAY: Today is the second day; I look forward to honoring God through________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Ruth’s Friendship Your Fellowship (Ruth 2-4; Matthew 1:5)
Ruth’s name means friendship. Ruth and Naomi were inseparable.  Each woman was guided by a deep-seated desire to be loved. Through the union of their lives God moved mightily. What was produced was the discovery of a generous and loving God. Providing each woman with what they needed. Too many times we abort potential relationships, through which God wants to prove that he is our provider.

Is Your Desire God’s Desire?

Finding Your New You

Hello Aspiring Women:

Sometimes women can find themselves in a place that has become unproductive and unattractive. In other words what you have been doing just isn't working anymore-time for a new you. Ask yourself these questions: In what places in my life have I not given enough attention to? In what places am I willing to give up for the new? In what places will the new improve any facet of my life? In what places have I overlooked that has me in an unproductive state? These questions of course are just a few self starters as a way to help you generate thought provoking questions in helping to find your new you. Too many times we look to the past as our determining factor in what we will do next.  Sometimes the past needs help too. Remember for change to take place, it has to begin with you. Below are just some of the places where you can begin to find your new you.
